Hoop dance gets your heart pumping and strengthens your core all in one low-impact workout. All you need is a hoop, a patch of space to call your own, and maybe some good tunes and a friend to join you if you want to make a little party out of it.

The guide, gleaned from my years of teaching live classes to beginners from age 20-70+, contains 38 super jam-packed pages filled with color photos of yours truly, plus step-by-step directions and tips that will quickly get you on your way to becoming a sleek and sexy hooper! I know it sounds crazy if you've never tried hooping but trust me - you'll love it and you'll never look at exercise the same way again.

I'm offering it now for an introductory price of only $5.99!

For 1/3 of the cost of a yoga class, you'll learn a new way to keep yourself healthy, strong and happy and maybe even unleash some creativity you didn't know you had.

Obsession: Justin's Maple Almond Nut Butter

This stuff is ridiculous. Justin's Maple Almond Nut Butter is addictive like Nutella but is found in the conscious-easing organic aisle.  (Do not read the ingredients in Nutella. Don't.) I don't even think this Justin's tastes like maple: just sweetened almond goodness that I want to put on toast, bananas, apples, pretzels... Just about anything will work as a vehicle to get this stuff into my mouth.

Be warned: this almond butter may take over your diet for a while. When I first tried it I found ways to work it into every meal: breakfast was toast with almond butter, lunch was a sandwich with almond butter, evening snacks were pretzels or fruit covered in almond butter.

Hear me: I am not saying you replace all your meals with almond butter. Almonds are great for you but Justin's Maple Almond Nut Butter is still about 80% fat (nuts!). Just use it in small amounts as a garnish for your food. Don't eat it all the time, even though you will want to.

And note that Justin's makes a plain almond butter. I haven't tried that one. My obsession is focused specifically on Justin's Maple Almond Nut Butter, which, according to the label is also the owner's favorite.

(I just signed up to test Amazon's referral/affiliate program so if you buy the Justin's through the links on this page, you will get delicious organic yumminess while supporting my blog. Win for everybody!)
